Protect the settlement from the cold
The Furnace is the center of your settlement. Keeping it upgraded and supplied supports the city and unlocks further development.

Gather resources and grow the city
Develop production and support buildings, manage your survivors, and collect the materials needed for construction and research.

Build squads and explore
Heroes and troops form squads for expeditions and battles. Improving them helps you take on tougher challenges beyond your city.

Work with an alliance
Joining an alliance adds cooperation, shared support, and group activities to the city-building loop.
What a session looks like
A typical check-in is about choosing the next useful task, rather than following one fixed level-by-level path.
- Collect available production and check the settlement for urgent needs.
- Choose useful building, research, or squad upgrades for your current stage.
- Complete available expeditions or activities, then coordinate with your alliance.
